I just got here so I apolgize for the late entry on this topic.

I have heard stories of organ harvesting before and, as a medical professional, I take them with a grain of salt.

Organs have a very short shelf life. Think of the number of people on the national organ registry in the US. Most people wait months, and often years, before they find a match. What are the odds that China is using this single camp, persecuting this single group, and sucessfully selling their organs?

I also have a degree in Criminal Justice and this really seems to me to be a situation very similar to the ritual sexual abuse cases of the 1990's. Wild accusation of horrific trauma with little other than hearsay to back them up.

I am not saying that the Chinese government is not corrupt, nor do I put it past them to do such things. However, given the scarcity of matches, coupled with the fact that the Falon Gong is not exactly peaceful and can be and has been equated with an Asian equivalent of Al Qaeda, I suggest that, in this case, we exercise due diligence in checking both sides of the issue. Even if one side has been proven corrupt in the past.
